Stephen Jones is a 30 year veteran of infrastructure project and M&A finance and development. Working for leading financial institutions including Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets, Natixis and ANZ Investment Bank, Stephen has led successful transactions on five continents including landmark US PPP infrastructure financings. As a founding member, Stephen’s approach to business and project structuring has informed the strategy and thesis of TFIC and directed its growth.

Stephen is an alumnus of University of Michigan (BA ’85), University of Illinois (MA ’87), and studied under fellowships at Columbia University in New York, and Moscow State University in Moscow.

Andy Nelson has 20 years' experience in real estate and economic development, project finance, legislative advocacy, and commercial real estate brokerage and consulting. His clients come from government and private sectors, spanning business expansion projects, economic impact analysis, and innovative PPPs. Andy's extensive community service includes board posts on the Coastal Conservation Association, Portland Development Corporation, and Maine Real Estate & Development Association. As a founding member, Andy anchors the firm’s economic and community development activities and local government relationships, and directs community giving programs and activities.

Andy is an alumnus of University of Vermont (BA ’92).

Gregory G. Nadeau

Advisory Board Member

Greg is the former US Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Administrator and currently Founder/President of Infrastructure Ventures LLC based in Maine and Washington DC. Greg retired from government in 2017 after serving at the state and federal levels for 35 years. During his service, he became part of the leadership modernizing America’s infrastructure, particularly in the multi-modal transportation sector. Greg Nadeau served as President Obama’s FHWA Deputy Administrator and Administrator beginning in 2009, and was unanimously confirmed by the US Senate as Administrator in 2015.

Greg Nadeau joined TFIC’s Advisory Board in 2016.
